2. Data we process

• application data: name, email, Telegram, country and city, form answers, consents;
• Community ID;
• payment data: order number, type, amount, conversion rate, status and dates;
• technical data: IP address for abuse protection and the language cookie.

We never receive or process card details: they are entered on the Alfa-Bank JSC page and processed by the bank.

3. Purposes and grounds

• handling your application — your consent;
• pre-orders, payments and refunds — performance of a contract;
• fiscal receipts and accounting — legal obligations;
• community newsletters — only with separate consent.

4. Who receives data

• Alfa-Bank JSC — payments and refunds;
• the fiscal data operator and online cash register — receipts;
• Telegram — internal team notifications about new applications and payments.

5. Retention and protection

Applications are kept until consent is withdrawn or the purpose is met; payment records for 5 years as accounting law requires. Connections are encrypted and staff access is limited.

6. Your rights

Ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at team@isaiya.health; we reply within 10 business days.
