How to pay and get a refund

Translation for convenience; the Russian text is legally binding. The site accepts ISAIYA device pre-orders and patron contributions. Payment runs on the secure Alfa-Bank JSC payment page.
1. Payment methods
- MIR, Visa and Mastercard cards;
- the Faster Payments System (SBP), if offered on the bank's payment page.
Prices are shown in euros or US dollars and charged in roubles at the official Bank of Russia rate in force on the payment date. The rouble amount is shown before payment.
2. Security
Card payments are processed by Alfa-Bank JSC. Card details are entered on the bank's secure page, transmitted encrypted and never stored on our site or servers.
The bank's payment page complies with PCI DSS. Payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure: your card issuer may ask for a one-time code.
3. Why a payment may fail
- the card is not enabled for online payments;
- insufficient funds;
- wrong card details;
- the card has expired;
- 3-D Secure was not confirmed.
If a payment fails, no money is taken.
4. Refunds
Device pre-order: cancel any time before delivery or within 7 days after; refund within 10 days of the request.
Patron contribution: a mistaken or duplicate payment is refunded on request within 14 days of payment.
Write to team@isaiya.health with the order number or Community ID. Refunds go only to the card used for payment.
5. Receipt
A fiscal receipt is emailed after payment.
