ISAIYA device pre-order agreement

1. Subject

1.1. The Seller delivers an ISAIYA device from the first batch with the kit in section 2; the Buyer pays for it in full in advance.

1.2. Paying the pre-order secures a place among the first hundred devices (ISAIYA Community first wave). There are one hundred places; pre-orders close when all are paid.

1.3. Payment is acceptance of this offer; the agreement follows the version in force on the payment date.

2. Product and kit

2.1. ISAIYA is a personal device for home microscopy of a blood drop: one finger-prick drop on a disposable cartridge, automatic capture, image analysis and results in the app.

2.2. Key specifications: about 13 × 13 × 13 cm, Wi-Fi, up to 10 hours on battery, red blood cell aggregation and agglutination, estimated plasma viscosity and haematocrit.

2.3. Pre-order kit: the ISAIYA device and disposable cartridges for one year of use.

2.4. ISAIYA is a wellness tool for functional observation. It is not a medical device, is not registered as one and is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat disease. Results are not a diagnosis.

2.5. No manufacturer warranty period is set; defect claims may be made within two years of delivery (Russian Consumer Protection Law, art. 19).

3. Price and payment

3.1. The pre-order price is USD 1,000, paid in roubles at the official Bank of Russia US dollar rate in force on the payment date.

3.2. The rouble amount is shown before payment and fixed in the order.

3.3. 100% prepayment by MIR, Visa or Mastercard card via Alfa-Bank JSC, or by the Faster Payments System if offered on the payment page.

3.4. Payment is complete once the bank confirms the charge. A fiscal receipt is emailed to the address in the application.

4. Delivery

4.1. Estimated delivery: January 2027.

4.2. At least 10 days before dispatch the Seller emails the Buyer and agrees the address, method, timing and cost of delivery; any delivery fee is stated before dispatch and paid separately.

4.3. If delivery is late, the Buyer may require a new delivery date or a full refund (art. 23.1 of the Consumer Protection Law).

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1. The Buyer may cancel at any time before delivery and within 7 days after delivery (art. 26.1 of the Consumer Protection Law).

5.2. A device of proper quality can be returned if its condition, properties and proof of purchase are kept.

5.3. The Seller refunds the amount paid within 10 days of the request, less the cost of returning a delivered device.

5.4. Send requests to team@isaiya.health with the order number or Community ID. Refunds go to the card used for payment, in the same rouble amount.

6. Other terms

6.1. Personal data are processed under the Privacy policy (/legal/privacy). Changes to this offer do not affect paid pre-orders. Disputes are settled by negotiation, then in court under consumer protection law.
